Purchase Agreement Cancel Contract
This contract type can be used when and if you need to cancel a purchase and sale agreement that was submitted to your selected title company and can not move forward due to a change in agreement between the seller, you and the end-buyer. All EMD and deposits will be returned upon signing.


Purchase Agreement Addendum
This free to download contract allows you to amend your current purchase and sale agreement if for whatever reason due to repair costs or any related expenses requires you to submit a "price reduction" to the seller.


"Option Agreement"
This type of contract is to be used only when you receive a warm lead or make contact with a potential homeowner who is interested in selling their property for a cash offer. "Purchase & Sale Contract"

"Assignment Contract"
This contract type is used in conjunction when you are able to connect your deal with an end-buyer. The contract used primarily to assign your "interests only rights" to your chosen end-buyer who will be the one that purchases the property and includes your assignment fee or profit for connecting that buyer with that investment property type.


"Seller Script"
